Highlights & Contributions
As part of a lean creative team, we stepped in to fill a critical void at Cash App. With no dedicated resource, existing processes, or established strategy for customer retention and lifecycle comms, we helped a cross-functional team create, refine, and ship marketing comms to a new breed of fintech customers: the hybrid Afterpay and Cash App user.
Additionally, I helped educate the Cash App team on CRM best practices, and empowered a newly-formed team to begin the hard work of creating lifecycle journeys for different audiences in the Cash App world.
