YOGA
The yoga I teach embodies my heart-centered practice—a combination of postures, breathwork, meditation, scriptural exploration, sound healing, and chanting, all harmoniously woven together to facilitate authentic embodiment.
-
Gentle Flow
We'll begin with a gentle flow, seamlessly blending breath and movement, before transitioning into yin yoga postures—prolonged deep stretches supported by props to induce full muscle relaxation.
-
Restorative
Calm and restful, this practice offers a gentle counterbalance to a busy routine. We’ll engage the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation in postures that encourage release, slowed heart rate, deep breathing, and improved circulation to vital organs.
-
Meditation
Perfect for new and experienced practitioners, we’ll sit and simply be in the here and now. Classes start with a short reading or contemplative focus, and transition into seated (or standing or laying for those who cannot sit for long periods of time) meditation.

CLASSES
I offer in-person and virtual classes to small groups, teams, and 1:1 clients. The goal? To guide people to a centered space with ease, even in these most challenging and uncertain times.
BENEFITS
Many of us already know that yoga offers many well-known benefits: enhanced flexibility, increased strength, heightened energy, vitality, and improved focus.
In a group context, yoga and meditation can foster trust and a profound sense of interconnectedness that conventional team-building exercises often struggle to achieve.
Yet, beyond these tangible advantages lies an immeasurable reward. We come to the mat to rediscover our authentic selves, free from societal programming and conditioning. To find ease, cultivate wisdom, and share love.
